Dye activates with hot water and salt for ultra-rich, even color coverage.
Fabric Dyes are mixable so you can create your own custom dye colors for any and every project. Perfect for reviving faded clothing you still love, giving shoes, bags & clothes a whole new look, or adding color to home décor items like curtains and pillows.
Most vibrant on natural fabrics such as 100% cotton, rayon, linen, ramie and silk; can also be used with cotton/poly blend fabrics.
One packet makes 1 gallon of dye, which can be used to dye up to ½ pound of fabric (example: one men’s XL shirt) to full shade shown on package. Note: this is an estimate and actual amount of dye per project and dye vibrancy depends on the user, the size of the fabric and the fabric itself.
Tulip Fabric Dyes are perfect for allover dye coverage, dip dye, shibori and other tie-dye techniques. Have fun exploring the creative possibilities!
