• American dry gin produced by Forthave Spirits in Brooklyn, New York • 18 botanicals featuring juniper, grapefruit, mint, coriander, cardamom, lavender, cubeb berries, angelica, and orris root • Produced using organic, non-GMO sugarcane spirit from Brazil • Botanicals undergo a 24-hour maceration in neutral spirit before distillation • A celebration of juniper on the nose anchored by bright citrus and soothing florality precedes a silky palate of coriander, angelica root, and orange peel with grapefruit, lavender, and mint on the finish • Rested up to one month before bottling • NY Farm Distillery License eligible • Unfiltered; 43% ABV BLUE Gin from Forthave Spirits derives its name from the use of a fully matured blue juniper rather than the green, unripened berries classically used for the London Dry style.
